How much water we should drink ?

Life is only because of water. Water is very very important.

Water is the best cleanser.

Water is the medium for every human physiology (digestion of food  or absorption or excretion of food).

When we drink more water we will have more sweat, urine and the bowl will be clear. This is the way to eliminate the toxins from the system.

How much water should we drink?

Atleast 8 glasses (2 litres) a day.

If we take more water with food – it will delay the digestion. It will dilute the acids.

Not drinking water is also not good. We need have the food in the stomach – in a semi liquid form.

We can have a cup of water along with food.

When  should we drink it ? Before meal or after meal or during meal?

If you want to reduce weight – drink the water before meal.

If you want to increase weight – drink the water after meal.

If you want to maintain the weight drink it along with the food.

We need to eat 1/2 the stomach with food and 1/4 with water and 1/4  empty for the gases to move.

Drink 2 glasses of water in the morning.

Then, you have only 6 glasses to go.

Don’t drink all the water together. Drink it in interval say once in 45 minutes or one hour.

For hyper tension – water is a best medicine. When we drink more water – more sodium will be flushed with water along with sweet and urine. The next sodium content is reduced – the fluid comes down and the pressure comes down.

Water also cures most of the skin diseases.

Note :

  • In winter, we can drink luke warm or warm water.
  • In summer, we can drink – room temperature water.
  • If we drink water in silver vessel – it will reduce blood pressure.
